Nar-Anon’s on-line web based service utilise Zoom software. To join on-line meetings, download the free Zoom software to their PC or cell phone using this link.
For use on a standalone PC, you require a speaker system to listen in. A microphone is not essential but will allow one to share/contribute during the meeting. A video cam is optional to effectively enjoy the full system functionality.
It is advised if anyone intend joining the meeting, to log in 15 minutes before the allotted start time to resolve any set-up issues.

Good morning, I would like to join the online naranon meeting this evening please? It will be my first time. I want to join because my son is in rehab for addiction and I want to be prepared for when he comes out, how to help him and how not to act and what not to do. Do you have meetings close to Brackenfell perhaps that I can go to too? And, will he be able to use that as a support group when he comes out? Thank you, kind regards and blessings.
Hi Brown. Due to Covid regulations, all face-2-face meetings have been put on hold until further notice. Nar-Anon does have a series of on-line meetings you are encouraged to join. They are held Monday to Saturday at various times. Please refer to “Meetings” in the top menu and select “On-Line Meetings” for more details or go to “Downloads” and “On-Line Meetings” to download/print the details.

I can register you on the Nar-Anon WhatsApp group where On-Line Meeting details are distributed. You will need a smart phone and have WhatsApp installed. To complete your registration, I need your cell phone number. Please mail this to nar-anon.org.za and I will do the rest.

Unfortunately the link changes per meeting and we have meetings daily. We post our meeting links in the whatsapp group.

There is Narateen which will be suitable for teenagers. Unfortunately we havent got our Narateen finalised yet.
I would recommend you get her to Ala-teen (its the alcoholic version)
check out the Al-anon website – it will direct you to the teen meetings.
